Hunt Information & Pricing
Terms & Conditions for booking a hunt:
- All hunts are in US funds
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable
- Bookings are a first come, first serve, based on deposits received. A non-refundable deposit of a minimum $1000.00 is mandatory to secure your dates & hunt
- Final payment is due no later than APRIL 15th for Spring Bear Hunts, and no later than JULY 31st for Fall Bear Hunts
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable, but can be transfered to a new guest
- Cashiers checks or Money orders are required for all deposits and payments (NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED)
Manitoba & Saskatchewan Black Bear Hunt Pricing:
- $3500.00 ALL INCLUSIVE
- $3300.00 Group Rate of 4 or more
- $4300.00 Remote Boat Access Only (2 Guests Per Week)
2022 Pricing:
- $4000.00 ALL INCLUSIVE
- $3700.00 Group Rate of 4 or more
PRICES INCLUDE:
- 6 full days of hunting & 6 night stay (Arrive Sunday, Hunt Sunday evening - Friday evening, depart Saturday morning)
- All Meals & Accommodations in our fully furnished registered Bed & Breakfast lodge
- License ($232.75), Allocations Fee ($100.00), and Taxes (5%)
- Licensed Guides
- Transportation to and from hunting locations
- All Rifle & Archery Stands
- Trophy care (skinning, caping, freezing)
- Guarnteed active baits with Archery & Rifle stands (Bear Hunts)
- Each bait is monitored with trail cameras
- Fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Rainbow & Brook Trout during Bear Hunts (excluding license)
- Timber Wolf & Coyote tag during our Manitoba Fall hunts ONLY
- Taxidermist arrangements can be made upon request
- ***PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY EFFORT IS TAKEN TO RECOVER YOUR BLACK BEAR, BUT YOUR HUNT IS CONSIDERED SUCCESSFUL AND IS COMPLETE IF BLOOD IS DRAWN AND YOUR BEAR IS NOT RECOVERED ***
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Transportation, Meals, and Accommodations prior to and after your scheduled hunt
- Alchohol/Tobacco
- Firearm Registration Fee
- Fishing license
- Taxidermy Fees and any shipping of trophies
- Gratuities to Camp Cook and Guides
